National Motor Vehicle Title Information System (“NMVTIS”) Reporting Rules
National Motor Vehicle Title Information System (“NMVTIS”) reporting rules recently went into effect. These rules require auto recyclers to provide a monthly inventory report regarding all of the junk and salvage automobiles obtained in the prior month.
